By attending two classes (held on two separte days), you will meet the requirements for both the AZ & UT CCW Permits. Both of these Concealed Carry Weapon Permit Classes are held at: Ben Avery Shooting Facility located at I-17 & Carefree Highway, Phoenix, Arizona.

The only requirements are that you be 21 years of age, a U.S. Citizen, with no felony convictions, no domestic dispute convictions and are free of any mental disorders.

NOTE: The UT CCW Class, also held at Ben Avery Shooting Facility (BASF), I-17 & Carefree Hwy, Phoenix, AZ, will be scheduled after completion of your AZ CCW class.

PLEASE READ: In order to register for the Multi-State CCW Class Special, a non-refundable payment in full is required in advance, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Class fees include fingerprinting and range fees! All Registration forms for the AZ CCW Permit and the UT Concealed Firearms Permit are completed in Class! A $60 (Cashiers Check or Money Order) made payable to Arizona Department of Public Safety is required in order to process your 5 year Arizona permit. Also a fee of $65.25 payable to "Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification" is required in order to process your 5 year Utah permit. You are not required to bring these processing fees to class. You would include these fees with your application submittals. These fees are in addition to the standard Course fee of $159.

Issuance of CCW Permits are subject to a criminal background investigation. The AZ Permit will be denied to any applicant who has a Felony conviction, regardless of whether the conviction has been expunged, set aside or vacated by court order. This also extends to individuals who have had their civil rights restored, including the right to possess firearms.
